[04-DEC-2017] Plans for Dr Gustafson's next practice are developing. We expect to open a private practice under the name Clinical Neuroscience Associates, Inc. [10-NOV-2017] The Cooper Clinic PA Neurology Department will be closing the end of 2017. Dr. Gustafson is actively planning his next practice location. He will remain in the Fort Smith area and continue his faculty role at the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (ARCOM). We are currently not accepting any new referrals pending the new practice plans. Watch this page for further updates.
